Name: Cynthia Ann Cisneros (Cindy) Birthday June 6 Current Position for 09/10: Registrar/Attendance. Years at SMSD:10  I started at the middle school as a special ed. aide, then to the high school, then the receptionist and accounts payable at the administration office then back to middle school as the secretary to the assistant principal and now here at the Stafford Primary. Before that, I was a hairdresser. Family: Married to Daniel for 31 years in February. We have 2 wonderful sons—Jason 24 and Damien 17. Pets: Two lovable white bichons: Sugar Plum 3 and Holly Berry. Hobbies: Reading, ballroom and country/western dancing, jewelry and ceramic making, knitting, watching movies and spending time with my family and my puppies.

You will have an opportunity to Pre-Register your child for the 2010-2011 School Year

Proof of residency (current lease, water or light bill)
• Driver’s license
• Child’s birth certificate
• Immunizations (current record)
• Social Security card All documentation must be originals, no copies will be accepted.
 Students currently enrolled in S.M.S.D will not need to register.
