Thursday, 3/11/10 READING & ELA: Spring Break packet was given in the Thursday folder. This will be worth one Reading grade and one Language grade. It is due when we return from Spring Break on Monday, March 22.

Students, keep sharp on your skills! TAKS will be here before we know it!

Does your child come home and insist they finished all of their homework in school? Many times, this may be the case, as the homework we usually assign is to finish whatever they did not complete in class. Your child should be in a daily routine of reading for at least 20 minutes, and practicing math facts for at least 20 minutes.

Beyond this, a list posted on the "Downloads" page giving ideas for extra reinforcement of basic skills so that you, as the parent, are able to maintain the daily homework routine with your child and give them extra practice in different areas.
