Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year! I hope everyone had a nice, restful summer. I had the oppurtunity to vacation in Cape Cod and Boston for a few days kid-free. My husband and I had a great time visiting the beach, Harvard University, and attending a Red Sox game. My boys turned 4 and 2 this summer, and we had an awesome time at the pool, the zoo, the Children's Museum, taking a tour of the Blue Bell Factory, and visiting with cousins. I can't wait to hear about of all your summer adventures!

Ms. Trevino had a great summer, too. She had the oppurtunity to continue working with a few of our students during both sessions of summer school. It was nice to see the students into the summer. She also spent time with her grandchildren and even had some time to relax before starting back to school this year. She is also looking forward to seeing some returning students along with a few new smiling faces.

This is going to a fun-filled year! I look forward to seeing everyone. Let the learning begin....!!
